Q. I am sure I enter the correct login/password combination but I still can't get into the site.
A. You may have your CAPS LOCK on - usernames and passwords are case sensitive, so check that you've entered them exactly as they appear on your signup email, and try again.

Q. My password worked yesterday but today it doesn't. What should I do?
A. Probably your membership has expired. Please, sign up again. If you are sure your membership is active, please contact us using email address at the bottom of this page providing us with your login and password as in your sign up email.

Q. Do I have to cancel my membership? How to cancel my recurring membership?
A. You need to cancel your membership only if it is recurring, i.e. your credit card is being charged every month to prolong your membership automatically. If your membership is not recurring, it will be automatically expired by the end of the purchased period of time and you won't be rebilled, so you don't need to cancel it. If you signed up with Cardsgate billing, please click here to cancel your membership.

Q. It won't let me submit ?
A. If you use Microsoft Internet Explorer you might have to activate all the certificates in the browser. Here is how to do it: Certificates on Internet Explorer- click on: View - options - security - and then choose under certificates the box named sites, and then check off all the boxes. Or billing company is down :-)

Q. I have signed up but my computer hung right after that / I have never received an e-mail from you / I've lost all my membership information and I can't get into the site.

Q. I don't have a credit card, but I still want to join your site. What should I do?
A. We accept payments with credit/debit cards Visa and Eurocard/Mastercard. Also you can pay by bank wire, E-gold, pay-per-minute access. Send us message here and we'll contact you as soon as possible. If you want to pay by any other method - tell us, we will find the way :)

Q. Can I write you in spanish, french, german, italian, japan etc?
A. No. Please, use english for communication. You can translate your message at Google.com language tools

Q. While trying to sign-up I have received the message "Invalid credit card". Why?
A. Probably, your credit card limit has been exceeded. Please try again later. Possibly you are trying to sign up with a credit card we don't accept. Possibly you have made a chargeback in the past and now your name and card number are blacklisted by billing company.

Q. Billing system is rejecting my details - Why ?
A. One of the ways your credit card info is verified is that your street address and zip code are checked. If you have moved recently it sometimes helps to use the old address. Remember that, all the fields need to be filled out correctly, especially your email address -double check your info!
